Overall, Victoria’s unprofessionalism ruined our evening. She laughed and once again made a derogatory comment. I’m writing this review since we informed Victoria that we would be writing same. Later we were informed by the two friendly bouncers and hostesses that we were directed in the wrong line and that this should not have happened. Victoria scoffed, laughed, rolled her eyes, and cursed when we inquired about what was represented to us by the concierge. But it was the manner in which Victoria addressed our concerns that was highly unprofessional and offensive. We were directed by Victoria to stand in the incorrect line with all the individuals that did not eat dinner at Tao. We were informed by the concierge at the Venetian that we would be able to get into the club after our dinner. Unfortunately, this review is only reserved for a particular person. It was our first time dining and going to the club in Vegas. We have been to Tao in Chicago and New York. The atmosphere, food, and servers are amazing. If we ever have another big thing to celebrate in Vegas again, we would go back for sure. Now I did feel like we kept signing our name alot, hoping all the chargers are legit and we don't see surprises on our CC statement. Yes it's loud, lots of different lighting but that's what a night club is. Made her feel very special ! the servers and butlers did a great job all night. He shouted out our daughter's name with a big 'happy birthday', they dropped confetti and put her name on the big screen. BIG PLUS from us parents! I have never been to a night club as this would not be my taste, but we had a blast! The DJ, Justin Credible was awesome. He would also walk the ladies to the restroom to ensure their safety. The security guard, Mike, made us feel welcomed and safe. First off our table was in a perfect location. Group of 12 (6 young adults, 6 middle aged) but we had a blast. Cost lots of money and we were skeptical. I had read reviews and was concerned we may not get in so we did get a table. Average drink price for most clubs is about $12.beer is approx $6.Ĭelebrating our daughter's 21st Birthday. Nice to experience but won't go back.save your money and go to Light Bellagio or Tryst or Tangerine Treasure Island (they have the best tangerine martini's). 95% of tables/chairs are reserved for VIP Service and not available for your average Joe.really nowhere to sit or even just to get off your feet for a minute. $20 admission fee (as with most clubs), dance floor small, Tao dancers average (your standard club dancing style.not professionals).of course Asian decor/surroundings, hence the name Tao. Oh yeah, individual bathrooms for the ladies. and some taking a bath with flowers stuck in the appropriate places. Club girls posing as statues and some enclosed in a bed like structure moving seductively to the music.um.okay. Sure, it's nicely appointed with cool red lighting and the bartenders were very quick but that's about it. We waited in line for about 35 minutes which isn't bad for Vegas but we got there at 10pm which is kinda considered early too. I just recently went to Tao (12/23/05)and wasn't very impressed. There are a ton of nightclubs/dance clubs in Vegas and I have found they're all pretty much the same.
